This is the place to go for an authentic Korean BBQ, the best in Orange County.

When I say authentic, I mean non-marinated meat.  Ask any of your self-respecting Korean friends and they will finally tell you about the inferiority of marinated Korean BBQ.  Of course, they would also oblige to serve you marinated meat if you have so stubbornly insisted.
I suggest you to enjoy your BBQ with the traditional salt & diluted sesame oil dip.

Meat here is of good quality and has a good amount of marbling. No, it is not USDA Prime, but I'd say it is a very good USDA Choice +.

Portion is gastronomically huge.  Their "2 people" portion could feed Shaquille and Yao Ming as any package orders come with complementary salad (Japanese mayo, sesame, vinegar dressing), beef broth soup (like that of Galbi Tang), thin dumpling-like wraps and pickled radish, Pak Jun pancake, standard Korean Banchan side dishes, and sun tofu and steamed egg casserole.  The price is about the same with the price for 2 all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ.  The quality of all of these sides are better that what you'd get in places like BCD.  So, it escapes my mind why someone would want to go to those places for inferior meats unless they are starving college students coming to eat 10 lbs worth of meats.

The so called Package A, includes all the above sides with the generous size of the following cuts: brisket, ribeye, and prime ribs.  In our case today, we opt to substitute the fatty brisket with beef tongue at no charge.  Again, this package is quite a generous serving that could easily feed 3+ people.  They don't mind if you order this package for 3-4 people: it is the same size table and work for them, anyway.

I'd call service as "Asian efficient" as they do their required job efficiently, including
diligently cooking your next round of meat (meat of different cuts are sequentially cooked on the side, by your server should you prefer it). Of course, it means that you still need to flag your server for anything that you need.

Tips:

Must get: non-marinaed galbi beef ribs with any of your order.

Avoid: diner and Sunday crowd traffics.  Make a reservation and come early.  Parking is limited.

Look for: a stamp card which will give you various discounts in future visits.

Give: dirty look to those who are trying to cut in for an earlier sitting thinking they are local chaebol billionaires.

Don't: waste your money if your palate prefers marinated meats.  Go to one of those all-you-can-eat places down the street.
